If you are not completely satisfied with your Morpheus Boutique online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed items (with the original tag on) within 5 business days of receipt of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
Refund will be issued as store credit on your account within 4 business days after Morpheus receive the return.If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, or just simple sent an email to info@morpheusboutique.com about return. Morpheus customer care will send you detail return instruction within 1 business days. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please be advised: All shipping charge is non refundable .All return items are subject to 19% restock Charge. All original tags must remain attached to the garment. Clothing must not have been worn, no strong perfume residue. No returns/exchanges can be accepted for any reason later than 5 business days of receipt of purchase. All exchanges are finale.

Defective Merchandise
All items are fully inspected and sent out in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a exchange or return.
For U.S. free shipping, usually it takes 10-15 business days to process and deliver. You may trace by tracking number on www.usps.com or my carrier's website .
Order will be shipped within 5 business days after the payment is cleared. It will be shipped from Hongkong warehouse to you directly using international air parcel with the tracking number. Based on availability, some items may be shipped from US or Canada store inventory. Tracking number will be available online within 5 business days after the order was shipped. For Canadian customer, order may take 10-20 working days to deliver. Order will be tracable by tracking number on www.Canadapost.ca or my Carrier's website .
