SEM Director (Toronto)

Position Overview:

The SEM Director is responsible for the launching and continuous ongoing management of Morpheus Boutique's PPC accounts to maximize site traffic and conversion at targeted CPA’s.

Responsibilities:

Buy, target, execute, evaluate, and optimize Paid Search, SEO, PPC, Display, Mobile, and social media campaigns

Have ownership and accountability for program strategy, optimization, budget and profitability

Understand the newest PPC trends and practices

Continually analyze and leverage all opportunities for growing organic and paid traffic

Have an understanding of keyword research and analysis

Buy, target, execute, evaluate, and optimize Paid Search, SEO, PPC, Display, Mobile, and social media campaigns

Be an Adwords expert, understand site conversion practices, dimensions, and other rich analytic tools

Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent

Expert proficiency of key SEO/SEM/PPC concepts, interfaces, and tools

Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets

Proficiency in Google AdWords, BING, and content networks

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and other Office products), HTML, and demonstrated experience in analysis and presentation creation

Senior Web Software Developer (Toronto)

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, salaried position, for work on custom website and web-based software development projects and the maintenance of legacy websites and software applications.
The Lead Software Developer is responsible for the planning, detailed design, and delivery of complex software components and applications. This includes working collaboratively with other project stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements, conduct modeling and prototyping as necessary, and to document resulting designs. This position provides hands-on mentorship to a team of Software Developers.
Candidates must have proven experience and must be self-motivated. Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment is a must.

Responsibilities:

Working with key stakeholders to define project scope, including deliverables, goals & objectives and resource requirements

Leading team to develop detailed designs for client solutions

Participating in hands-on development as part of the team effort

Contribute to the ongoing architectural evolution of the development framework

Take ownership of detailed project schedules within scope and budget

Work with project management and/or other team members to advance the use of new technologies, development tools and methodologies

Assist with the assessment of individual and team performance

Position Requirements:

4 year degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

7+ years HTML/XML/JavaScript

5+ years PHP/Python/JSP/C#/ASP.NET design, development and deployment

7+ years Object Oriented Analysis and Design

Strong written and oral communications skills are mandatory

维护站内外渠道用户，反馈问题和意见，提高用户体验;

Position Requirements:

大学本科以上学历，英语六级;

熟练掌握英语听说读写译，第二外语（法语，西班牙语）优先；
